Baby K

This is one of my friend's baby, isn't he just precious! He was so good and so tiny. After hours of study I finally felt ready to do an infant photo shoot. It was SO MUCH FUN! I love how they stay in any position you place them and I was amazed at how they sleep through everything (even being moved multiple times). I did two more infants the next week - so look for them soon.

K Maternity

K was such a good sport to let me take pictures of her 'big belly,' as she liked to say. But she was so tiny! I also got to try out some new ideas with her kids. It was so much fun and I loved these photos.

L Maternity

L is one of the most photogenic people I know. She is what makes these photos fantastic. For months before she had her baby she said, "This baby is coming out today!" I always laughed, but that is what inspired her storyboard.

Baby Z

This was my first infant photoshoot. He was such a good baby. He let me take pictures for 2 hours. Yes, I like feet pictures.

The A Family

This family has been good friends with us for many years. I was talking to her on the phone one day and she mentioned she wanted new family pictures. I offered to take them. It freezing outside, but the kids were good sports. To keep warm they ran around while I wasn't taking photos. Thanks for the practice.

Boys and their Toys

Do you think he is having the time of his life? So cute!

Winter photoshoot in Photoshop

Shortly after I took these photos I started learing Photoshop CS3. I love to scrapbook also and these are a couple of the images that I came out with.

Winter Photoshoot

I actually took these pictures back in January when everything was dead and covered in snow. I knew the only color in the picture would come from my kids clothing. But I LOVE the way they turned out. What makes it more special is that I captured my kids personalities perfect.

FINALLY! I'm here.

About six months ago I felt really strongly that I should persue my interest in photography. Since then I have been laboring over Photoshop CS3 and my new SLR digital camera, trying to 'get it all right.' I've been very blessed in my efforts and am so thankful for all the support I have recieved from family and friends. "You need to get a blog so we can see all the photos you've been taking," my friends and family keep telling me. They are right and Ihave finally made it (Wha-hoo!) Be patient with me, though, you guyz. It's going to take me a bit to get used to this, as well as edit all your cute photos. Thanks for your love and support.
