My sister-in-law came to me to help her create a 'bragbook' for her mother to take on her mission with her. The last one we created she didn't want to show because she thought it might get ruined (it was traditionally scrapbooked). So this time I created one digitally! It is 3.5" x 5" big and each page has the family member's names on them (a family pic, a couple pic, and each grandchild). This way, she can show the book all she wants and if a page gets ruined, we'll just print a new one (no problem). I am not sure how well bind it yet, but I wanted to share this with you AND draw your attention (especially if you are a digi scrapbooker) to my favoritei digi scrapbook designer - Summer Driggs. Is she precious! We had this great idea to take pictures with every color in the rainbow and make a storyboard afterwards. Unfortunately we ran out of time part way through the colors. But we were able to get these precious photos! One thing I love about infants is that even at this new age they still have their own personality. . . a personality that shows through in their photos.
Isn't he adorable!?! This little guy was a little older than I usually do infant photoshoots for, but look at what an angel he was . . . so precious. Do I ever get tired of taking pictures of infants? Never! I absolutely love and look at why. The first photo here is actually one of many announcements I've made, but I loved how the pictures turned out on it (normally I put the babies name and birth stats on it). I also love to 'storyboard,' if you could tell (he he he).
This darling boy is 4 months old. He was smily, calm and a true angel. His mother is my neighbor and just left him with me so she could make dinner. It was so much fun to just hold him and talk to him. He even fell asleep in my arms and I got a few sleeping shots. I'm so glad she lets me practice on him every few months. I also got a bunch of darling pictures in his blessing outfit (with his sweet smile), to help preserve this special time at the beginning of his life.
